Resort

  • Room Check-in: 2:00pm, check-out is 11:00am.
  • All departures after 11:00am is considered late departure and an additional 500PHP per hour will apply to the guest’s account. If departure is after 6pm an extra night including breakfast will be charged..
  • Guests are given 2 sets of keys upon check in. Guests are required to handover their keys to the reception area upon check out to avoid 500pesos penalty per key.
  • Absolutely NO SMOKING in and around the buildings, swimming pool and the pavilion area. We strive to provide our guests a healthier environment. A designated smoking area is provided for those who want to smoke in the resort. Moreover, a penalty of 10,000 pesos will be imposed for noncompliance, and an incremental 5,000 pesos on every infringement thereafter.
  • NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS are allowed in the resort. Resort reserves the right to confiscate outside food and beverages. Our restaurant will be open. We are proud in showcasing our Filipino fusion dishes through the freshness and innovation of our chef’s international palate.
  • NO PETS ALLOWED.
  • Resort is open 24 hours but in consideration to our guests and neighbors, we invite our guests to observe night peace from 2100 to 0700 (9:00pm- 07:00am) please be careful during this time and not cause noise that can disturb other guests.
  • NO WEAPONS, INFLAMABLE MATERIALS OR ANY EXPLOSIVES ALLOWED IN THE RESORT.
  • Using iron, hot plates or any heating devices are not allowed. We provide ironing and laundry service with minimal charge.
  • Rooms can only be used by guests duly registered at the reception with valid identification document (valid ID or Passport).
  • Our Rooms are airconditioned. For your comfort, please keep the doors closed to keep the cool air in.
  • Our resort bears no responsibility for any damage or loss of your personal belongings. We encourage our guests not to bring very valuable belongings. Please double check your room for any belongings before departure.
  • Wi-fi internet is free though out the hotel. Password will be available at check in.
  • Any damages caused by the guests to the resort is the guest responsibility to pay the whole cost incurred by the resort to fix the damage.
  • For your convenience, 1 parking spot is allotted per room. Resort takes no responsibility for any damage or loss of your vehicle in the parking lot.
  • It is ASBOLUTELY NOT ALLOWED TO TAKE ANY RESORT INVENTORY (pillows, blankets, linens, towels, etc).
  • Payment is done in local currency (Philippine peso).
  • In case of cancellation of further guest stay by the Resort, that is caused by misbehavior, disrespect of resort rules or disrespect to other guest, Resort reserves the right to charge for the full length of stay as per reservation.
  • Swimming pool use is inclusive to room reservation, but not the cabanas or cottages. (please inquire from the front desk for availability and prices.
  • In case of Fire alarm, please follow the instructions from the evacuation plan attached on the inside of the main door.

Swimming Pool

  • Swimming pool hours 8:00am to 9:00pm.
  • Swimming pool pass is required to be in the pool area and to use the pool.
  • Cabanas, cottages are not inclusive to the day pass. Please inquire from the management for availability and prices.
  • All guests who intend to use the pool must take a cleansing shower before entering the pool.
  • All guest entering the pool from the sandy beach must rinse before getting into the pool.
  • Guest must wear appropriate swimwear. Street clothes and shoes are not allowed in the water.
  • Food and drinks are not allowed in the pool area. Allowed only in the Cabanas, Cottages and where there’s tables.
  • No smoking anywhere except in designated areas.
  • No glass or any breakable items in and around the pool area.
  • No pets.
  • No running, pushing or horseplay on the pool deck.
  • Spitting, spouting water or blowing your nose in the pool is prohibited .
  • In consideration with other guest, please no shouting allowed.
  • Any person known or reasonably suspected to have a communicable disease; skin lesion; diarrhea; eye sore; nose, ear, mouth discharge, are not allowed in the pool.
  • Any child not potty trained must wear snug fitting plastic pants or a water-resistant swim diaper.
  • All children must be accompanied by an adult in the group.
  • Please help us maintain our environment clean. Dispose your trash accordingly.
  • No picking of flowers or cutting any of the plants in the whole property.
  • Management reserves the right to ask any guest to leave the property for non-compliance with the above rules.

Beach

  • No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.
  • No smoking, open fires allowed. Please smoke at designated area only.
  • No removal or throwing of shells, stones or rocks.
  • All children must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Please respect our environment. Do not leave trash behind. Trash cans are made available for your convenience.
  • Use common sense; Respect the right of other patrons, avoid loud noise, yelling.
